Description
For patients needing cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation, UMC’s Health & Wellness Center provides prevention services with a team of health professionals, including nurses, exercise specialists and a nutritionist, all of whom work with your physician to provide a safe, effective rehabilitation plan.
Educational classes are provided monthly on cholesterol, hypertension, stress response and management, exercise and nutrition and medication review.
